About Telehealth
Primrose Counseling and Wellness serves clients who reside in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania, as long as the clients are present in that state at time of telehealth therapy session.
Rebecca is also licensed for telehealth therapy services only in the state of Florida, with FL provider registration number of TPMC1294. For verification of Florida telehealth license, please visit the Florida Dept of Health's website.
Most insurance plans reimburse and cover Telehealth services at the same rate as in person therapy sessions. Primrose Counseling uses a video HIPAA supported platform through TherapyAppointment.com electronic medical records systems to provide telehealth services. This platform can be accessed via phone or computer. Telehealth sessions cannot be phone calls and must have video technology to be covered under insurance. Prior to your first appointment, you will sign a specialized Informed Consent for Teletherapy services to explain privacy policies and limitations.
