Fertility treatments and pregnancy loss can erode us of our confidence, connection to self, trust in body and personal power. This workshop will honor the emotions of the powerlessness felt and help you reclaim a sense of confidence and energy to help you move forward.
This gentle and supportive yoga series is designed for anyone navigating the emotional and physical complexities of fertility challenges or pregnancy loss. Grounded in trauma-informed principles, each session weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative practices to create space for healing, self-compassion, and resilience.
You may choose to attend a single class or enroll in the full three-session series at a discounted rate.
The first session focuses on managing the stress of infertility. Through deep rest and restorative poses, we aim to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lower cortisol levels, and help the body move toward a more balanced and receptive state. Guided mindfulness practices are included to support emotional regulation and inner calm.
In the second session, the emphasis shifts to body acceptance and self-love. This class includes gentle movement, body-scan meditation, and supportive affirmations. You'll be invited to explore optional journaling prompts that cultivate gratitude and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom, strength, and worth.
The final session centers around finding steadiness in times of uncertainty—whether you're in a season of waiting, experiencing a fertility challenge, or moving through pregnancy after loss. Movement and breathwork will focus on the solar plexus chakra, supporting personal power and inner courage. The class concludes with a grounding ritual to offer comfort and a sense of closure.
All ages and experience levels are welcome. This class is open to the conceiving person only. Each pose can be modified to support your individual needs and comfort. This series blends elements of Vinyasa yoga, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Yoga to create a safe and empowering environment.

Pregnancy after fertility struggles or perinatal loss can stir a deep mix of emotions—joy, anxiety, grief, hope, and everything in between. This gentle and empowering prenatal yoga workshop is thoughtfully designed for those navigating this unique and tender chapter.
In a compassionate and supportive space, participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies and their growing babies through intentional movement, breathwork, and reflection. You'll learn safe and soothing yoga techniques tailored for pregnancy, with modifications to support individual needs and comfort.
This workshop begins with a community check-in, offering a chance to connect with others who share similar experiences. From there, we’ll move into an educational segment covering safe movement practices during pregnancy, accompanied by handouts for ongoing reference. The session concludes with a grounding prenatal yoga flow and a closing meditation, designed to foster healing, self-trust, and balance.
Guided meditations and mindful movement will gently support emotional processing, helping to release lingering fear or grief while deepening your connection to your pregnancy. We’ll also explore the energetic support of the Sacral and Heart Chakras—centers of creativity, nurturing, and emotional resilience.
This class is open to anyone who is currently pregnant, has been medically cleared for prenatal yoga, and has experienced fertility challenges or a previous pregnancy loss. No prior yoga experience is required.
